I am not totally sure why I came up with this idea. It may have been for many assorted reasons, I am not quite certain. All that I know is that my life has been in an upheaval since I was divorced and I can see everywhere I go that people are hurting, and all for different reasons. Life can sometimes get heavy.
Let me explain why I am calling it a friendship painting.
A friendship painting is one painting or installation of paintings that can be easily divided into separate smaller paintings that can be shared with any group of individuals who want to share in a spiritual art movement. See art is visual, but it is also emotional and spiritual and in this moment I hope healing for the those that purchases it.
So for this reason the installation can be used to signify many different occasions or events. To name a few: to help celebrate someone coming home from war or a group of people that have a common purpose or interest and they want to bond their hearts together on another level. To heal a broken friendship or to celebrate a healthy one.
